Neal is the CEO of Triangle and son of company founder Willie Strohmeyer. In 2010, he took over the role of CEO after serving as President of the organization for 22 years. Neal started out in 1971 on the factory floor and since then, has worked in virtually every aspect of Triangle’s engineering and manufacturing business. He currently partners with Triangle’s President, his son Dax Strohmeyer, as an ambassador to the company’s clients, a proud representative of Triangle’s one-of-a-kind staff and a steward of the company’s vision for the future.
